The basics of using CareShed.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details private. Providers are responsible for who they give access to and for keeping staff and client records accurate.
Trials and billing
New providers get a 14-day free trial. After that, a monthly plan is needed to keep adding carers and clients. You can change or cancel your plan at any time.
Clinical responsibility
CareShed records and organises care; it doesn’t replace professional judgement. Payroll figures are estimates and should be checked against HMRC-approved payroll software.
Acceptable use
Don’t use CareShed to store information you don’t have a lawful basis to process, or to attempt to access another provider’s data.
